I am sadly taking a break from the doula portion of my practice at this time. Due to some personal things, I am left unable to offer my postpartum services for the time being. I want to be able to give ample time, space and energy to my clients and right now I am not able to do so. I hope to offer these services again in the fall. Extremely tight muscle, tweaked something or feeling tense? This focus massage treatment might be for you. During this massage you choose an area of focus (ex: Upper Back/Neck) and I work only on that area.

Flush away winter stagnation with a lymphatic drainage massage. This gentle, detoxifying massage stimulates the lymphatic system by using dry brushing, oils and aromatherapy to reduce swelling, boost overall immunity, and flush out lingering toxins. Spring cleaning isn't just for your home – treat your body as well!

A massage with light to medium pressure focusing on relaxation and energy work. This use of hot stones and hot steam towels will deepen the body into complete relaxation. Aromatherapy and lotion blend is your preference (Vagus nerve activation oil is encouraged)

This scalp treatment is designed to reduce hair build-up and aid in relaxation while clearing the mind. An in-house herbal infused oil blend will include rosemary, olive, and sweet almond to cleanse and encourage healthy hair growth. This leave-in treatment will leave the hair oily and is designed to be left in for 1-2 hours, after that it is recommend to wash the treatment out. This can be added on to any massage session and will add an additional 10 minutes of treatment time.

When your doctor or midwife tells you that you’re ready, you can book this massage treatment. I will provide a combination of relaxation and firm acupressure massage methods to hopefully begin to encourage your little one to make their debut. This method is not a guarantee.

A truly calming and nurturing experience. This is a signature massage treatment with the use of wrapped warm stones that are placed on the abdomen. Optional: abdominal massage with a signature belly oil.
